- Customer Assistance (Including providing pricing, offering shipping solutions, and trucking rates)
- Client / Account Maintenance (Daily follow up, quality control, composing rate quotations)
- Sales Functions / Miscellaneous Duties (Handling overseas sales leads. Assisting Account Executives during coventions, conferences and trade shows. Follow up and feedback to overseas affiliates. Sales calls and attending meetings with current and potential clients.)
Essential Job Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience. Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics industry and processes. Familiar with import / exports processes and terminology. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is required.
